Chad was great, he listened to what I wanted to get for my vehicle, he understood I was working with a fixed income and after some going back and forth (which was so unnecessary) I was able to make a deal. Multiple trips to replace my heated driver seat that stopped working. Derrick was wonderful even though it was 3-4 trips to fix it. Biggest suggestion, more coffee options, add soft drinks and add some stopped working. Derrick was wonderful even though it was 3-4 trips to fix it.
