Juston was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He did everything he could to make this transaction easy and without pressure. Very poor service from beginning to end! Upon entering the service I get a cold welcome. I called for an appt. four days in advance .This was a waste of time as cars were serviced in a first Upon entering the service I get a cold welcome. I called for an appt. four days in advance .This was a waste of time as cars were serviced in a first come basis! There were no seats available in the waiting area so there fore I walked to the front sales area of the building.NO one offered any help or even a friendly greeting as all were in their cubbies .I am in the market for a new truck yet no one offered assistance. I am 64 years old and have never seen any poorer service than what I experienced today! After one hour and forty two minutes of waiting service was completed on my vehicle. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking aNissan! More
