We drove over 2 hours to this dealership and thus, thinking ahead, had an appointment and still were made to wait nearly 2 hours. As time went on I requested a manager and we were helped then. Our purchase was actually processed with this manager and another person who became available for the test drive. This process went smoothly and professionally and they saved the visit. We we never saw our actual sales person until after we signed the papers and were ready to leave. He aplologised and he wanted to go through this ( cheesy) meet and greet and take a picture with us of us and the car he didn’t actually sell us. It was strange. But it stillwasn’t as strange as it was when I walked into my local dealership prior to visiting Eddy’s and was told by the sales manager to” get rid of the car I had at the time and then come back and see him” . I will NEVER buy a another car from (sic- local dealership. I had approached them with same approach I went to Eddy’s with, that I was going to buy my way out of my current lease with Chevy and lease a new Toyota. I’m nearing the end of my lease now on the car from Eddy’s and have been speaking with the internet sales manager and the leasing manager about my next Toyota, from Eddy’s. More

From my sales person, Josh Rogers, to the Finance Manager, Troy Parker, to the Corporate Director, Dan Mason, I’ve had a great, all-around buying experience. I was also very pleased with the insurance quote I received from the Allstate agent, Danny Bruning, who is conveniently located inside the dealership, and I’ve switched all of my insurance policies to him. During the process, I asked a lot of questions and test-drove a lot of vehicles. They even had to order one model in for me to try. However, none of my questions were treated as “too much trouble” or “too stupid,” and in the end I am very satisfied with the vehicle and all of the protection programs I purchased. I anticipate keeping this vehicle “for good,” so the Lifetime Warranty, that Eddy’s offered, that extends past all of Toyota’s protection, was an added bonus and is what made me visit them in the first place. I plan to have all of my service done at Eddy’s and I hope that the service department will be at least as good as the sales department so I can continue to do business with Eddy’s for the long term. I would definitely recommend shopping at Eddy’s if you are interested in any kind of vehicle, Toyota or otherwise. There was never any pressure to buy, just a good partnership with respect for my wishes and an honest attempt to provide me with the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Five Stars!! More

Wife and a driver just got back from a trip to Kansas City, I checked oil on their return home and it has lost all oil. We were not informed of this major issue until after purchase...and even then not until after informing them we'd send frustrations/information to local news stations/paper. I sent text to rep last night 5/5/18 and supposed to be called by rep after he talks to boss today (Sunday morning) to "find out what is best to do in this situation" and as this rep's text states "I assure you I work for a reputable dealership and will have a solution shortly." we shall see... Worst sales and service in wichita It is very sad that in an area of 500K people one dealer is all we have for Toyota and it is by far the worst in town. You see most of the Toyota car It is very sad that in an area of 500K people one dealer is all we have for Toyota and it is by far the worst in town. You see most of the Toyota cars in my are come from out of town as they want to avoid Eddy's altogether. Because of this the dealer pushes more and more gimmicks and silly advertisements. The did not service my wife's Highlander on several occasions, even though we thought it was better to use the dealer to try and hold up the extended warranty. The result was a $13000 bill for a new engine when the car was at 77,000 miles and was out of it's 75,000 Toyota extended warranty. More

Meanwhile my previous loan showed up as overdue and my credit took a huge hit! They finally did pay off the vehicle (too late) and have been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I've reached out to every financial person there, the financial manager, as well as the manager of the dealership with zero response. Not only do I feel like I was taken advantage of, but there is no attempt from the dealership for an apologize let alone a solution. I highly recommend not making a trade in through Eddy's Toyota unless you want a 120 point hit on your account due to Eddy's negligence. I purchased TWO brand new vehicles in one day; you'd think that the dealership would treat their customers better! More

Dealer is advertising a Porsche Panamera Turbo S with 37k miles as 1-0wner Clean Carfax. Deceptive! I smelled a rat when they would not allow a pre-purchase independent inspection. Finally the salesman admitted another customer had a PPI at the Porsche dealership, which revealed the need for new ceramic brake pads AND ROTORS! This is easily a $10-20k repair. And of course, no mention of how the underlying problem could have happened --those type of brakes commonly last 100,000 miles. Obviously, this dealership hasn't repaired those brakes because of the expense, and the repair would show on Carfax, which would alert any buyer this car has been abused. I was really disappointed an established dealership would be so deceptive with its customers. More
