I went to the dealership because the key-fob on my 07 Camry wasn't working all the time. They checked it out and said I may need a new one. I was leaving and when I was at my car, again it didn't work. Camry wasn't working all the time. They checked it out and said I may need a new one. I was leaving and when I was at my car, again it didn't work. I was frustrated, so I turned to this young man and asked why it didn't work, he was kind and took the key-fob and of course it unlocked for him. In my frustration, I tried to explain what was going on, and Jacob said maybe it's time to get a new one (car) that is. I was not looking for a new car at the time, but heck I wanted to see the new Camry SE. To make a long story short, I have my car serviced at Eddy's, but I always deal for cars at Dodge City. I have bought 6 different Toyota's from them and have a great experience there, and not so much with Eddy's. But from a key-fob not working to driving out with my new Camry SE it was a great experience. Jacob and Landon both made sure to win me over to dealing with Eddy's vs Dodge City, and the experience was so different then in the past, more into what the customer wants, and not the high pressure sales. More
The overall purchasing experience was excellent. The sales staff was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I did have multiple problems after the sale though. The truck was financed th sales staff was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I did have multiple problems after the sale though. The truck was financed through USAA and the loan voucher was presented to the dealership. After several weeks the loan was still not processed and finalized because the dealership, I believe the title department, did not do anything with the voucher. I have made multiple calls to the dealership and left multiple messages with no returned calls. With USAA there is an expiration date for the loan approval for it to be finalized. I am unable to finalize the loan and the title and therefore unable to register the vehicle. Service after the sale has been very poor. More
I have purchased four Toyotas from Eddy's since 1986. The last two vehicles I purchased were Camay's (2011 & 2013) Love the cars! Everyone I have dealt with at Eddy's is friendly and professional. From the service department to the sales department, I feel appreciated and comfortable being at the dealership. The new building and creature comforts are amazing! My grandson loves looking at the cars, especially the nice "Red" one on the showroom floor. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Robert Dozal, Anthony Cohens, and Jim Elledge. Thanks so much guys for making the car buying experience actually nice! Explained everything well, showed me different options, different vehicles until I felt comfortable on the right car for me. EVERYIME I have visited Eddy's Toyota, I have had a positive experience. Ryan Pate helped me purchase a new Toyota. I told him what I wanted/needed and he listened to me! That is so important to me and sadly there are sales people that want to sell you what they think you should be driving. Because of Ryan's "listening skills", the first car I test drove is the one I drove off with. Everyone was friendly in the dealership which also makes for a nice experience. It was hot that day and their was a full service of beverages to choose from, another bonus. I was so happy that I got to drive off in my new car at the price point I was looking for! Thanks! More
I bought a new 2013 Toyota Camry LE. My experience was very positive. I felt good about my purchase. I dealt w/ Tom Fowler and Blake. Both were very friendly and attentive to my need. Finance Dept was very easy to work with. Gave a very good rate. My impression is that if you make a reasonable offer, they will bend over backward to close the deal. More
We own an Avalon, a Highlander, a Venza, and now a Siena. All very good vehicles. Our 3 daughter's and ourself are now all in Toyota's. Dependable,comfortable, safe transpotation. We simply wanted our children and Grandchildren to be in Vehicles that could offer the most protection in an accident and still be affordable and comfortable to drive. Our previously owned Toyota's all held their value. Eddy's has great service after the sale. Mark Smith did a good job of steering us to the vehicle that suited our needs. We are really enjoying our Siena. If you have children, or grandchildren forget about the stigma associated with a minivan and try a Siena. You will be surprised!! More

Mark is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he shows and I was very impressed with the training he gave us when I took delivery of the vehicle , setting up bluetooth, all the audio, etc. I also felt the and I was very impressed with the training he gave us when I took delivery of the vehicle , setting up bluetooth, all the audio, etc. I also felt the trade-in value given for my vehicle was very fair and exactly what I had hoped for. Liz Kanitz was great, and a very easy person to work with. She was very professional and efficient. We appreciated her patience with us, and taking time to answer all our questions so politely and to ex with. She was very professional and efficient. She was very sweet and kind-spirited, and really took the time to walk us through everything on the car and how it all works, and also gave us a great test drive. She was quite helpful in picking a good seat color as we wanted leather to match the car. We were strangers when we walked in and first met, and left feeling that we had just visited with an old friend. She also mentioned that we were welcome to let her know anything we needed help with down the road concerning the vehicle, and made all the amenities you offer available to us for keeping the car in top notch condition as we will hopefully put many miles on it. Liz really should be promoted into a higher level position at Eddy's if such an opportunity should arise. We think she would be a very valuable asset to your company. (Oh, ...and Jim Lowe; We love Jim! Jim's always treated us very well, and even though he wasn't our sales-person this time, we just had to stop by and say hello to him. He is a great guy, and another person that we feel we have been blessed to have known and done business with at Eddy's.
