My visit took less time than I thought. Ryan, in the service department, helped me. I came in for an express oil change and tire rotation. Even though two cars came in just before me, Ryan said that he would get me through as fast as he could but warned me that since I didn't have an appointment it could take an hour and a half to two hours. I didn't want to come back so I took it. Ryan answered a couple of questions about my Rogue that I had and also straightened out my account which had some misinformation. I was out in a little over an hour with a good explanation about my service and what was coming up, 40,000 mile service. He also discounted my service with a coupon better than the one I brought in. I had my toddler along which required a car seat transfer and the Rep who assisted me; Mr. Bryan Bailey went above and beyond to help move and adjust everything as necessary. He was extremely courteous and talked on the same level with me: he never talked down to me or assumed ignorance like other dealers have in other places and believe me, I'm not ignorant; I fix and maintain my own vehicles.
