I took a day to think about the terms of our agreement and when I returned the next day I had the pleasure of meeting J.R. Gonzalez(as Troy was not working that day)and Amanda Black. Both were very personable and professional and at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything extra for the car; however I did decide to add on a rear bumper guard. Even though it was around 7pm, the shop personnel were able to install the guard and fill the car up with gas. Phil and the two men from the shop stayed after hours to get this done for me. Phil is an excellent salesman who clearly feels the buyers' needs are as important as his needs when making a sale. I enjoyed working with him and I will definitely be back when it comes time to buy another car. I will also recommend your dealership to my friends and family because you are a trustworthy company - from the person answering the phones, to the men in the shop, to the salespeople and finally to the financing staff - everyone was very helpful and professional and it made the whole experience of my purchase a pleasure.
