Stay Away - they took 5 hours to put on tires! Made appointment and ordered 4 new tires. I arrived at 8 am Saturday. They could not find my appointment nor the tire but told me the tires were somew Made appointment and ordered 4 new tires. I arrived at 8 am Saturday. They could not find my appointment nor the tire but told me the tires were somewhere. They stated it would take about 1.5 hours. After 2 hours they told me they had broken a tie pressure sensor and needed to get the part. So already I figure the service guys are clueless. Then I waited and waited and waited!! Over 5 hours!! Yes over 5 hours to get 4 tires installed and aligned!! The next excuse was they could not figure out how to reset the sensors! They are incompetent! If they can't change tires how bad are they at more complicated repairs? To top it off they didn't even apologize for the delay. Avoid this place!! More

WORST customer service in MN - I called them all this week! Called for help locating a specific vehicle. Was told I needed to show up in person to have a discussion, even though I live 40 miles away. Tried to talk me out of the car I was looking for and into a model $10,000 more which they just happened to have in-stock. Worst customer service experience in 3 days, dealing with almost all dealerships in MN (Duluth to Albert Lee and all in between). In this day and age, using the internet and phone should suffice for getting a little basic info without feeling the need to qualify a "serious customer". Just outrageously poor service. Actually recommended I go to Dealerrater.com to see how good their service record is...well here you go. One lost sale and a "don't ever go there" recommendation". More
