I've been dealing with various Twin Cities auto shops for over 20 years and Feldmann is easily the best, bar none. The sheer amount of time and effort they put into ensuring that you are satisfied befor for over 20 years and Feldmann is easily the best, bar none. I don't even own a Nissan or Mercedes which is what they focus on selling, yet I receive the same top class service. Polite, thorough, committed, knowledgeable, personable, service oriented, experienced, cost conscious....these are just some of the adjectives I think about every time I think about Feldmann. Just a Quick note on the Excellence in Salesmanship of Mark Leuthard! Mark had been contacting me since November of 2012 to come in and look at options to upgrade from my 2010 Nissan Maxima to a 2012, ho Mark Leuthard! Mark had been contacting me since November of 2012 to come in and look at options to upgrade from my 2010 Nissan Maxima to a 2012, however, our schedules just didn't work out. When I brought my car in for service in early January, Mark was alerted and when I retrurned to pick up my car, he had a couple options waiting for me and greeted me in the service area. I thought that was exceptional service, not only unexpected but he was very professional about it. I told him I would discuss with my wife, and got back to him later that day with some questions and other options I was considering, and he was very professional on the phone and answered all the questions in a very timely manner including sending photo's etc.. By the end of the day, we negotiated a terrific deal, and I came in the next day to close. Mark was there and walked us through the entire process, answering any questions along the way, as well as meeting a few last minute changes. He also took time walking me through some of the features inside the car, explaining how to use some I have never been able to figure out in the 2010. Overall, it was a TERRIFIC experience, and I recommend Mark and Feldman Nissan to my friends whenever the topic of a new or used car comes up. Thanks again Mark! Well done!
