She was prepared and highly knowledgeable. I give her five stars!!!. Car Buying Made Easy I had purchased previous vehicles with another Nissan dealership, so when my car was totaled in an auto accident, I went to this same dealership. I was not happy with the price I received, and felt they were taking advantage of my situation. I solicited a quote from Edison Nissan and the price for the Rogue SL AWD I was interested in was a LOT lower than the previous dealership I went to. I spoke to the salesperson, Stephen Leonardis, and offered a price. There was NO haggling, and the sales manager approved the deal. Everything about the process was quick, easy and professional. I even was offered free oil changes for the entire time I own the vehicle too, which was a nice perk. I would definitely recommend Edison Nissan and Stephen. I will definitely go back when it's time to purchase another Nissan. More

Worst Dealer ever I went to this dealer yesterday to by a used car which was listed for $13000 online. As I went in, they made me wait 10 min and a gentleman named Mike I went to this dealer yesterday to by a used car which was listed for $13000 online. As I went in, they made me wait 10 min and a gentleman named Mike B took me to his place. I told him about the car, he said the price is $15000. Asked him about online price. He told thats only for returning customers. We had a deal finally at $14k. I mentioned that i can pay a down payment of $5k and rest would be financed. They did a math interestingly by adding $13k with $5k and calculated taxes and brought it up to $19.5k then removed $5k. So i had to finance for $14.5k and pay $5k asdown. I didnt get the math and asked manager y we are adding downpayment to original vehicle price. He told thats how they do it and later they took me to finance manager. He asked me to sign on random docs and told my EMI would be $299 every month for 5 yrs. They tried to cheat on me. If i sign the vehicle i would have paid more than $20k for $13k vehicle. I told i wont sign until i understnd the math. They were frustrated wen i asked math of adding down payment to vehicle price again. I realised they are trying to make me fool and told I wont be paying any down and asked them to calculate on $13k vehicle price and add taxes and then finance whole amount. They were like we wont do this. You have to pay $15k for vehicle. LOL. These guys try to cheat customers! Think before you buy any..I wish i had ZERO RATING to rate them. More

Dealer that flat out lies to customers I was looking for a car (2016 leftover model) and was informed in several emails that they had it available. I was skeptical since their online invent I was looking for a car (2016 leftover model) and was informed in several emails that they had it available. I was skeptical since their online inventory showed none in stock. I repeatedly asked for actual information on the car (Such as a window sticker) and never received anything from them except more emails asking when I would come into the dealership. It was obvious they did not have the car and just wanted to waste my time by trying to sell me something else when I arrived. Just a WASTE OF TIME. More
