I purchased my seven vehicle from this place in July 2024. Shortly after a noticed there was some damage to the right bumper and the damage light and other sensor light constantly go on I put it back to 2024. The sales manager was arrogant and did not do the right thing when I threatened to sue. He told me to conversation was over. I reached out to Nissan. They have been no help. Today I went to an auto repair shop showed me Exclusive damage. Wrote me up an estimate for the $2000. It’s ridiculous. More

Description of complaint: I brought my car in for a track that needed to be replaced in October. While there I brought up to the service manager, Joseph Ciprello, and he told me he would take pictures track that needed to be replaced in October. While there I brought up to the service manager, Joseph Ciprello, and he told me he would take pictures and submit to Nissan as the car is only three years old and still under warranty. A week goes by and I reach out to Joseph if he heard from Nissan and he informed me their computers were down. Another week goes by and I get the same response. Mind you every time I reach out to him, he takes the general manager's name out of the emails. Now my car is out of warranty. I reached out to Nissan Customer Service as Joesph wasn't trying to help me. After a couple months, they decided to decline my claim as the car is now out of warranty. I asked to speak with a higher up and was told that I was dealing with the correct person. I have submitted paperwork showing this problem started in warranty. The Dealership is not backing me with this even though I have proof that this claim was started under warranty. The service manager is a liar and the general manager isn't any better not to look into this. I actually want to sell my car and move on from Nissan due to the total lack of compassion they have for their buyers. More

I lost my brother back in June, returned his truck on July 20th that was leased through Edison Nissan. A call was placed to Nissan corporate to send a copy of all necessary documentation and we were told July 20th that was leased through Edison Nissan. In the back of the truck were car parts we were unable to bring back with us since we were from out of state and already had a lot of stuff to bring back that belonged to my brother. We told the guys that they can do with it what they will because we needed to get home and had nobody to take it or store it elsewhere. These parts included a brand new exhaust and a 2 inch lift kit. Someone here messed up big time because not only have there been multiple phone calls received about the truck, but today a repo man showed up to my mother's home over 1,000 miles away and they threatened to take HER vehicle because edison Nissan failed to do their job correctly. The truck has been in their possession since July 20th, 2023. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this xxxx show of a location to anyone. More

Worst experience ever had. Went to purchase a used car and went over everything. The price of the vehicle was $20,500. After the paperwork it comes to $29,900.
