Don't Ever BUY FROM THEM If you need a good car .. DON"T GO TO THEM . So unorganized and not work it. I got my car late at night, around 9:30pm there was no gas in the vehicle at all. We lucky we had 40 miles left to get to a gas station, never filled up vehicle at all. Not worth the visit at all. I saw the car listed as $17,999 and they went up $23k saying, no I wasn't looking at the right price. Which the online site had VIN# the same as our vehicle we purchased. They pulled the listing ASAP. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! More

?? NO Words Firstly , Place is like a grocery Store ,unorganized no receptionist in the lobby too many sales people and too much confusion . Internet Specialist first quoted a number over the phone before i went in to the showroom and when i came for the first time he comes down and assigns some random sales man for the sale . And that guy looks up and says no inventory and for the price that the guy initial quoted is way off . And then i stepped out and called the internet sales guy he then put the manager and he said he will honor the same price . Again went back and this time they hooked up with another sales man ,where he started acting smart . What kind of a dealership doesn't know about the registration process , He claims that the NJ state law doesn't allow to transfer the SUV plates to sedan vehicles(LOL). I wish DMV reviews this comment so that they can start amending that rule in the registration website .This is a shock how they come up with there own information . And when i tried explaining/justifying where my first car was a sedan and i transferred to a SUV DMV did not object , And then he said ohh you know what let me check with my manager . This is a Joke , They think whatever they say we should blindly accept it . And now after i finalized the numbers , now the sales man starts walking back and forth with the finance to get the figures correctly(?? Not sure why) . Still i was not sure whats happening , They just want to put some random extra numbers at my face and wants me to accept it . Then a polite lady comes and talks to me with the numbers again , I felt they made sense , but by that time i was confused in my mind if i should proceed further or not and i just walked out due to this confusion ,And without notifying me they just performed and Hard Inquiry for no reason ,where the car sale figure was not even finalized , And i believe this was partial fault of mine initially where as per the original numbers i was proceeding , But then later all this drama started . For no reason a stupid hard inquiry was wasted . But still without my knowledge they shouldn't have made an inquiry where i didn't agree to the price numbers given by them . Caution to the people who read this website review make sure you get the itemized discounts on the vehicle listed , anything they tell you over the phone or website is no way included in the total cost of what they will say at the time of the application they will eventually come up with all magic numbers what they want in the end and at the end we will be so much confused whats happening with simple numbers . Robert, my sales rep, was professional without being pushy, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He explained the paperwork in detail and went over all the bells and whistles in the car and made the entire process easy. His friendly demeanor was a great plus. The Darrenator is a magician! As a single mom of a 4 year old and another baby on the way you can imagine how important having the right vehicle is. Anyway, I was wasting so much money on an old Buick paying so much interest basically not even paying the car and I went in Edison Nissan to see if I can trade my old falling apart Buick for a car that I could never imagine I could have! Luck was on my side that day, for the Darronator worked his magic and got me into a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander which is the cutest jeep and more importantly more spacious for my 2 babies! I didn't have to put anything down and my monthly payments were so worth it! If you need some magic and want a car that you actually love go see Darren Katz and he will make it happen for you! More

I had an unfortunate car accident while I am only months away from finishing my bankruptcy plan. I desperately needed a car and couldnt believe they got me approved for a new car, with a great interest rate considering my situation. I was so pleased with all of the employees there that helped out and how sympathetic they were. I left the dealer with my new car and a big smile, unlike my previous purchase at a large dealer further north on route 1. Thank you again Edison Nissan!!!!! More

Bikram and Craig the sales manager were My fiance and I had a pretty awesome experience at this dealership. This was our first time buying a new car. Bikram and Craig the sales manager were completely opposite everything you think you would find in car salesman. Pretty much went in there told them what I could afford and the vehicle we wanted and walked out with the keys. Was only there about 3 1/2 hours which is pretty quick. I would definitely buy from there again. More
