I am in a service industry and more than not issues occur, it is how you handle those issues that separate the good from the bad. John was not going to rest until I gave the green light that I was satisfied. I live around an hour away but will hopefully be able to figure out when it makes sense to get my service from them. awesome experience.. I went shopping around for a rogue and was not real happy until I went to edison nissan. I almost switched to a rav4 until Mohamed Sakar helped me ou I went shopping around for a rogue and was not real happy until I went to edison nissan. I almost switched to a rav4 until Mohamed Sakar helped me out. He is pretty new as per he wasnt in the buisness for long but that is exactly what I needed. He shared the excitement I had for buying a new car, he was extremely kind and honest. He brought me back to the rogue and I finally abandoned the competion as well as shopping around. He gave me a pleasant experience and understood why I was extremely picky and extremely anal about certain things. I would apologize for having changed my mind and he would say, "you are buying a new CAR, I would check it all too." Just the fact that i felt i was dealing with a genuine nice person which i felt cared for my interests and really treated me the way he would want to be treated.
