She immediately greeted me with with a big smile when I walked in looking absolutely lost. She put my nerves at ease when we sat down letting me know we would find something safe, affordable and a car I would like. I especially liked the fact that we discussed my budget before looking at the vehicles so I would not fall in love with a car and then not be able to afford it. After my budget was established we ventured out in the rain and took a look and I found a car that I absolutely loved. So Monika took my first ride with me since my accident. I brought my car in because of a weird noise that i heard and from the Stewart Cirira in the service department took exceptionally great care of me! I brought my car in because of a weird noise that i heard and from the first time i came in i've only really dealt with, as i called him stew, unless he wasnt in that day. He was beyond helpful with explaining what was going on with my car and what they were going to do to fix it. I had to get a loaner car while they fixed it & he even kept me undated on the progress while they were fixing it. He was so nice, respectful, caring, honest, genuine and expressed AWESOME customer service. ! Because of him i didnt mind that i had to come back a few time before we figured out exactly what the issues were. He's a great asset to Edison Nissan and i greatly appreciated all the help from Stew and Zak as well. ! Great Service ! More

Trade in leased Altima for new Altima for my dad Monika was our salesperson who was extremely helpful. She was very efficient in explaining everything to us and moving things along. Monika was patient with the insurance company as she had to try 3 times to get in touch with them as she was put on hold for endless amount of time. We got a good deal and left happy. Once we left and arrived home we realized we left the garage door opener in the old car. I called Monika and asked if she could get it. She immediately tracked it down. When I arrived back at the dealership she had it on her desk waiting for me. All in all a very good experience with a very good salesperson More
