There was a misunderstanding on the price when I went in on a Saturday f My salesman (Billy) was really good. So was the finance person (Brandon). There was a misunderstanding on the price when I went in on a Saturday for a test drive. I liked the car I drove but wasn't sure about internet price i saw online. One of the managers was trying to pressure me into a price that was around $780 more than what the internet price was. I should have checked price on my phone. I put $500 down on vehicle . Billy said they would hold until Monday. When i got home I checked price on their website, printed internet price and called Billy. He said they would honor internet price if I brought print out in and they did. They serviced vehicle and put new brakes on back. I paid cash (debit card) on vehicle and was reimbursed my $500 deposit. Billy and Brandon did everything they said they would do. They even followed up with phone calls to keep me posted on service being done. All in all, I would do business with Edmond Hyundai again and highly recommend Billy and Brandon! More

I couldn’t get my service advisor to call me and explain the repairs needed. The overpriced repairs were $50 extra dollars service fees on top of agreed amount.
