If i could give them a 0 I would. I have called this dealership 6 times today and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have requested a call back from management and still nothing...we have a 2025 Palisades sitting at another dealership waiting on a warranty answer from me, but I can not get one from the dealership. This place is a clown show. Took the car there for routine oil change at there set time and waited in waiting area 2 hours and the car never moved so we ended up leaving. Bought the dent and ding coverage and ended up with a door ding from another car,was told they will use a machine to sick the small dent out but won't touch up paint. Bought the tire and rim warranty and ending up bending 2 rims on these nice oklahoma roads from a pothole....the warranty people want to reshape the bent rims instead of replacing them. All there warranties apparently have some extremely small print they dont tell u about when u buy them... oh and once again there service sucks!!!! More
