They attempted to get us to have service performed that was not needed, because they were too busy to check our service record. Frankie Lugo was the service rep who used to help us. they have told me on 3 different occasions repairs were needed that another dealership told me was not....they recently told me my 1 week old cabin air filter needed to be replaced due to it being blue in needed that another dealership told me was not....they recently told me my 1 week old cabin air filter needed to be replaced due to it being blue in color (as if something had been spilled on it)...um....yah....it was blue because it was a blue filter...also failed to reset my oil change indicator....good thing their techs are factory trained...lmao More
