I have already emailed several individuals on this issueand no one has contacted me back. If you are serious on customer satisfaction you will contact me. I will add I had the car in for service to fix what they said they already did and after 5.5 hours of being there all they fixed waa the brakes couldn't even do the oil change that was supposed to have been done. Did not keep me in the loop on what was going on. It wasn't till I walked to the service department to find out anything.

I did try to call and discuss this issue with management on two different occasions, I was sent to voicemail both times…I left a voicemail both times requesting a call back, never heard from anyone.
