They were true to their words. Anything they said they would do they delivered but quality not so much. Paper work had delays. (Not major delays). Right away I got offered touch up to fix scratches. I was frustrated but at the same time situation was understandable and they are offering solutions to fix the problem. So far so good. 4 star rating. However scheduling to touch up was a headache. I had to call so many times to be put in a schedule. 30 min. buffing job took more then 2 days and I had to go to business trip and I didn't want to put 1k miles on a provided loaner 2022 elantra. After calling several times they rushed my buffing job so I wouldn't have to use loaner vehicle for business trip. When I revived my car 3 out of 5 scratches were fixed. Down to 3 starts. A Week later I washed the car by hand and areas where they used buffing material were all cloudy including chrome trim. Cloudy like someone run a fine sandpaper on clear coat paint. So ended up buffing all the areas that they buffed a week prior. Spent 4+ hours for a job should have taken only 30 minutes if it was done correctly on the first time. Down to 2 stars. More
Did not have a great experience having my car worked on. Tried to address one thing covered under extended warranty the sales and financial men told me could be done during routine visits. This experience ranks pretty low for me for the following reasons some of which are not directly associated to the techs or advisors. Service center was highly congested due to construction, no time window o reasons some of which are not directly associated to the techs or advisors. Service center was highly congested due to construction, no time window on wait was offered (ended up being 2.5 hrs), waiting for vehicle in the genesis building which wasn’t a big deal for me but I saw several older folks and a mom with her child that had to walk across a construction/high traffic area in 90 degree heat (probably should offer a golf cart ride to and from the waiting area) and finally I had the bring the vehicle back to the dealership because a sensor was not properly secured after working on it resulting in a check engine light and an hour round trip drive for me. And I thought Hyundai offered car washes on new vehicle service which I didn’t receive on either trip. All in all though staff was friendly but didn’t leave me wowed. More
