TANNER GETS 5 STARS!!!I have been coming here for TANNER GETS 5 STARS!!! I have been coming here for maintenance for 5 years, since I purchased my first Hyundai. My husband and I loved it enough to TANNER GETS 5 STARS!!! I have been coming here for maintenance for 5 years, since I purchased my first Hyundai. My husband and I loved it enough to make our latest purchase a Hyundai from the dealership! The personal interaction is professional and friendly! Tanner and his co-workers were all awesome! The only two reasons I dont give 5 stars is: they don't have all encompassing services for their vehicles, i.e., they don't do body work. So, if the plastic bumper clamps break (and they do ALL THE TIME) and the bumper starts flapping, you have to find a body shop. I can't stand the follow up calls that persist after every service trying to motivate me to "upgrade" my vehicle. I have repeatedly told them to stop, but it still happens. More

Worst Service Experiences I've been extremely disappointed in the multiple experiences I've had with the Service Department since purchasing my car - to the point where I would I've been extremely disappointed in the multiple experiences I've had with the Service Department since purchasing my car - to the point where I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I have had to hound everyone I've worked with to communicate ANYthing with me. I still do not have my vehicle back and have no idea when I'll receive it OR if I will have to pay anything. This experience has been drawn out over the past few weeks and absolutely ridiculous. I'm extremely frustrated with this department. Update 7/20/2020: Left a message for the GM on Friday afternoon (7/17). Still haven't heard back from him or the dealership on when my car will be ready. More
