So I thought I would give Edwards Chevy another chance on this purchase. When I got there the salesman, Lance Hood, greeted me and took the time to learn about what I was looking for. After reviewing different options we test drove a few vehicles, and then sat down to discuss pricing options. Lance was not pushy or aggressive, which is something I can say I haven't experienced on either transaction with this dealer. My experience from the time I hit the lot through signing paperwork was positive. Not one member of the staff was pushy, and they ALL were willing to stop the process to review a number of different options available to me. I will be returning when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, and I would HIGHLY recommend Lance to anyone looking to buy a car. He knows GM's product line very well, and understands it takes time to identify exactly what each person is looking for in their next vehicle. More
