Excellent experience. Service writer went above and beyond Scott Mckee went into great detail explaining what needed to be done on my vehicle. He made me feel extremely comfortable with the process and asked if I had and questions at the end. Scott is Very knowledgeable about Chevrolet engines and working functions of the vehicle. The Mechanic Daniel Martin came out and introduced himself to me and went over what needed to be done. He is also very knowledgeable on the working parts of the vehicle. He was very through in explaining to me what he was gonna do to the vehicle. Once I picked it up it drove Nile a different vehicle or, can’t wait to get it back for phase 2 and new tires!!! You can tell these 2 gentlemen like and enjoy their job. They provide top notch service and in the world we live in today that is extremely hard to find. I hope the dealership values these two employees. I live in Tuscaloosa and choose to make the drive to Birmingham for my vehicle to be in the care of these guys. 5 star experience from beginning to end!!!! More
