It was terrible. I called to make an appointment to get a key fob replaced. So instead of telling me it would be a month (at least) over the phone, your idiot service I called to make an appointment to get a key fob replaced. So instead of telling me it would be a month (at least) over the phone, your idiot service people made me take off work, drive 30 mins downtown, then told me i’d Have to pay for the fob, wait a month, they conveniently forgot to tell me it’d Be another $130 to get it programmed and i’d Have to bring the car back if and when the keys ever get here. I have purchased 7 vehicles from you, including the one I was having the issue with. Might not ever set foot in your dealership again. More
