The service representative said he could do the oil change but the alignment couldn't be done that day but he could schedule it for the next day. While I was waiting for my oil change, the service rep discovered that a spot had opened up in the alignment department. He said if I could another hour, I could have both services done and would not have to come back the next day. This was good customer service, something that is missing in today's environment.
