Replace water pump I am now having more problems out of my car than it was before I took it there if it was something else that they needed to do that should have called I am now having more problems out of my car than it was before I took it there if it was something else that they needed to do that should have called me and informed me of that now in order to get it fixed it will cost me another $400 in the part only cost $43 I think that is totally unfair to me I've never had any trouble out of my car before and now it attempts to cut off on me even at times and it's got a whining noise to it which is always there I did call back and go back and I was advised that was some kind of belt and if I want the fixed it will cost me More

First service, engine light on with code for turbo charger I took my Trax in because the engine light came on and the engine was dragging when driving. The code revealed it was the turbo charger. However, the problem didn’t present itself while in the service center so there wasn’t anything they could do. I was advised to bring it back if it comes back on or the problem persists. Also, I requested my first service to be performed and that was completed. Jonathan was exceptional in handling my needs and providing a loaner/rental vehicle and keeping me informed. More
