Wait too long I went in after loss of traction and my engine powering down. Was told it would be a week before they could even look at my vehicle to see what was wr I went in after loss of traction and my engine powering down. Was told it would be a week before they could even look at my vehicle to see what was wrong. Wasn’t offered a loaner. Maybe they should invest in a tow truck to tow to Edwards 280. The extreme wait happens each time I go. Was told they would check battery in am but called 6hrs later and told they did check but never followed up. After being told the issue wasn't my battery, I took it to another GM dealer who told me it was a bad cell in the battery. I'll stick with Craig in the future. More
