Kind of disappointed I came for a oil change. Came in 30 minutes before appointment and then waited 2 hours for a oil change once my appointment time had started. Also wat I came for a oil change. I think that they really got over on me and the excuses that they used as to why were unexpected to me because when everything was working on your car before u had something replace that was bad then they claim that they put a new part then everything that was working should be still working, It is just bad business and they made excuse after excuse but I think that I paid to much money for my car to be acting the way that it is. right now I am a dissatisfied customer my car is running like xxxx and it was not running like that before I took it to them and I have gotten no answers as to why and the reason they are giving me is not acceptable when I paid that much money!!!!!! More
