World-class customer service! Over the past year or so, I have had about 6 appointments for vehicle service at Edwards Downtown. They got me to and from work or offered me a renta Over the past year or so, I have had about 6 appointments for vehicle service at Edwards Downtown. They got me to and from work or offered me a rental to drive each time I had a service performed. Jeff was always polite and professional, and took care of me whenever I needed a rental. Scott was prompt and responsive to all of my questions every time. Gary went above and beyond to get my car back to me in a timely manner, even when it meant getting approval to replace a larger component of my car to ensure my satisfaction and my safety. Marty reached out to me to offer assistance with a difficult situation regarding my car to try and rectify something that was no fault of his or Edwards. All of the employees here are genuinely nice people AND they really care about their customers. It can be difficult to trust people in the automobile service industry, but rest assured- these people are the BEST and they care about their customers! More
