An Exceptional Experience I am truly in awe over this interaction. Being a woman with a significant deficit in the minutiae that goes along with car buying/trade and the trust I am truly in awe over this interaction. Being a woman with a significant deficit in the minutiae that goes along with car buying/trade and the trust involved, I have never looked forward to the transaction. Having dealt with Edwards Chevrolet for previous repairs, I knew they were good at customer service in the repair department. Still, The staff at times left me speechless with the level of professionalism, their knowledge of the product, the assistance to ensure that I understood all I needed to about the vehicle and its accessories etc. I could go on about young Mr. Wendell Gover, Mrs. Underwood and Mr. Rackstraw but we are not writing a novel (although I could and also do a commercial for this dealership). I enjoyed this process as though I had bought a ticket to a long awaited event. Courtesy, work ethic, pride in themselves and in the customer, the patience in answering ALL my questions, just the general atmosphere in service implanted a feeling of trust and respect that heretofore was absent in my auto dealings.
