Horrible I was in an accident and to bring the car to this shop. I was told that they would work on the car and fix what was damage underneath the car on the b I was in an accident and to bring the car to this shop. I was told that they would work on the car and fix what was damage underneath the car on the back drivers side but it was not. The excuse given was that the insurance company that is paying for the repairs only approved the bumper to be fix. The body shop did not even try to get the real issue fixed even though they are aware of the issue. The mechanic didn’t even come out and explain what was done nor offer an apology for the misleading info. I left in my car the same way I took it there. On top of this the body shop never called to tell me that the car was ready and now I’m in dispute with the rental car place about the extra days of use for the car and possibly not getting my deposit back but instead extra charges for the days used. More
Hassle free experience! It was nice to see that they were waiting on me as I had made an appointment several days prior. Key cut and program Had to keep calling up there to see what was going on with my car. Not once did I speak with my service advisor had to talk to the manger in order to Had to keep calling up there to see what was going on with my car. Not once did I speak with my service advisor had to talk to the manger in order to find out what was going on with my car and then price for everything. Went to pick my car up the cashier was very rude then the parts guys was talking under there breath and when I told them I would be contacting the manager one of the parts guys said “xxxxx” . I felt like this was one of my worst experiences ever and will not be back very in happy and then my mult point inspection wasn’t even correct they had on paper all my tires where at a 6/32nds which was a lie only the 2 tires on the rear was that and the ones on the front was brand new that’s how I knew it wasn’t even correct and the tires on the front was a 9/32nds. Very displeased about my hole experience and very unhappy which is said cause I need work done on my 2008 corvette but will not be bring it there since they couldn’t or should I say care to do there mult point inspection the correct way instead of pencil wiping the information. More

Hard Diagnosis My 2001 GMC Sierra sputtered to a stop on HWY 280... after hours. It would start, but acted as if it was starving for fuel and wouldn’t accelerate. i My 2001 GMC Sierra sputtered to a stop on HWY 280... after hours. It would start, but acted as if it was starving for fuel and wouldn’t accelerate. i replaced the fuel filter on the side of the road and checked everything I could, but no help. Finally I had it towed to Edwards. and left a note and the key in the night dropbox. By 10 the next morning, Scott McKey called to let me know they had it in and were narrowing down the culprit. By that afternoon, he called again... they had traced a short back to a bad O2 sensor, which took out the fuel pump. A couple of sensors and the fuel pump were replaced and my truck was ready in short order. I paid by phone, and they left my truck locked up in front - picked it up late that night. They communicated with me like I was a lifelong friend, though I’d never had my truck in there before. I was never even in the dealership to express my gratitude. Suffice it to say this was A+ customer service. Many thanks to Marty and Scott!! More
