First of all I was there because I had a recall on the car. I got the impression that it was too old for them to bother with. They started having me sign papers saying that they would not be responsible for this or that. I started feeling uncomfortable and getting a bad feeling about everything. And boy was I ever right. When I got my car back it was making a noise that wasn't there before and pulling hard. I drove around the block and took it right back to them. The response that I got was awful.I was told that it was nothing that they had did and that I came in with it like that as though I was crazy. The person I talked to wasn't nice at all and he talked to me while he was on the phone. I didn't get his name nor did I see his name tag.Finally, I saw the person who took the car in and I was telling him what was going on with it .I asked him to ride around the block with me so he could see what I was talking about but he did not. They never looked under the hood or anything. They just kept telling me that it was nothing that they had done. I was prepared to leave the car for them to check out but I never got the option to. So I drove home on a prayer and when I got there I called my mechanic and time he lift up the hood he could see that they had left a hose loose. I didn't even tell him that I had some work done, the first thing he said to me was that whoever worked on your car left your hose loose. So it was something that they had done. I called back and told them and I also told them that they had just demonstrated poor customer service. Of course no called back. The person, Randy Chapell, who took the order called the next day trying to apologize but it was too little too late. I feel like myself and my car was judged because of the late model it is. I keep my car up and I have a new motor in it. That's besides the point; I was there for a recall and I feel like I was treated like xxxx! More

Wonderful experience! I can't say how nice everyone was at Edwards Chevrolet! I took my 2017 Yukon in to have them look at an issue I was having with it. I have not being i I can't say how nice everyone was at Edwards Chevrolet! I took my 2017 Yukon in to have them look at an issue I was having with it.
