"Rough Beginning, Great Ending" I've given the rating that I have for several reasons....... When I initially called and scheduled my appointment for service, everything from arrang I've given the rating that I have for several reasons....... When I initially called and scheduled my appointment for service, everything from arranging the appointment to showing up a few minutes early on the day of, went well. I was greeted by a friendly staff, advised of the 1 hour and 40 minute wait time (if I recall correctly) and directed to the waiting area. It was after that, that everything went downhill, I waited for 2 hours with incomplete service and no one advising me of the delay. I was both frustrated and disappointed because it meant time away from my professional duties/clients. BUT the exceptional customer service of Scott McKee mirrored that of what we call "The Chick-Fil-A Experience". Mr. McKee acknowledged the error on their behalf, apologized for said error and sought to rectify the situation by making sure my concerns and needs were not just addressed but sincerely met. It made what started out to be a bad situation, a good one instead and that is something that I appreciate as a customer but most of all as human being. He is truly the right person in the right position and deserves to be acknowledged and congratulated on a job well done in both vehicle and customer service. We're a Chevy family (5 cars total) with each purchased from this location, so we'll be back for sure. Job well done gentlemen and ladies. More
