Satisfaction to dissatisfaction Craig was Awesome. But my car was there for 3 weeks because GMC was playing about sending the part! I was very UPSET!! I had only had the car for a month and had to bring it in for a sensory to be replaced. Craig and Thad kept in constant contact with me about the process. At first it was the part had to be found. Then it was it was found and ship. Then it was the part had not arrived. When it was checked the part had even been shipped! Even though I was in a loaner, it was still not my car. I was not happy that my car sat in the dealership for 3 WHOLE weeks!!! I was not a happy camper with the process!!! It should be a faster way to make this happen!!!! More

From calling to schedule my appt to dropping it off and keeping me informed on whats going on My service specialist, Scott, was amazing as always!!! From calling to schedule my appt to dropping it off and keeping me informed on whats going on with my car. The complementary shuttle service to me office was great, as always, fast and friendly! The same problems I always have are when I go to pay. I would expect to see my paper work before I have to sign and pay, but that never happens and I'm always treated rudely when I ask to see my paper work before I pay. Then, it always takes forever for them to bring my car to me.... yesterday my car was completely forgotten about. A very nice guy saw me standing around and ask me if I was waiting on my car. I told him what I had and he had to to me in just a few minutes. More

No time to Shop Needed Truck Called the dealership told Terrance what Our company needed. Told me he would find what ever I needed. Found the basic truck (not very common), Then h Called the dealership told Terrance what Our company needed. Told me he would find what ever I needed. Found the basic truck (not very common), Then he started adding the final cost of the truck and discovered that with the rebates I could step up and get into a loaded truck for less than $20 more. Had a well trained gentleman train our employee about the truck while I was signing paper work. Done deal in less than two hours. More
