Long wait time with appointment Had scheduled appointment and arrived early. It took 1 1/2 hours for my car to even move to get oil and balance. Also, there is no where that specifies if they only do appointments or if drive ins are welcome but arrived at 4pm on a different day and they were not suppose to close until 6. Service guy said they had 4 oil changes to do in 1hr so I wouldn't be able to be assisted. That was a bid confusing since I was there 2 hrs prior to closure. The service guy Wade was very nice on my appointment day. More
