From the moment Mr Underwood walked up to me and shook my hand, I felt as though I was in good hands. I don't think there could have been a nicer, more friendlier salesman than him. I know that most salesmen say and do what they have to do to make a sale, but it wasn't the case with him. It was more like I had made a new friend. He made sure that I got what I asked for in a car and matched me with the PERFECT car. After I made up in my mind which car I wanted, the process from there went fairly quick.
