Friendly service center I scheduled my Ram in for a software update, and about 10 minutes after arrival, the service center said the update was probably going to take longer I scheduled my Ram in for a software update, and about 10 minutes after arrival, the service center said the update was probably going to take longer than normal, so they offered me a loaner or a ride. I'm happy to have Edwards in Council Bluffs instead of driving all the way to the other Ram dealer in West Omaha (where the last time I went in for what should have been a 30 minute job I spent 4 hours in the waiting area with no updates). My only complaint is the lack of an area to pull up to when dropping off my vehicle. If there is one car in front of you, your tail end hangs into the street. More
