I went to this dealership and left with a "new" 2010 Kia Forte that was previously used as a service vehicle with 9300 miles on it. After getting home I noticed hail damage, scratches, and rust, and a buste Forte that was previously used as a service vehicle with 9300 miles on it. After getting home I noticed hail damage, scratches, and rust, and a busted hubcap on the vehicle. The next day I went back and talk to Michelle, my sales women, and showed her the obvious imperfections that we not disclosed in the deal. She told me that not all of these issues were going to fixed and she left me in the parking lot only to come back later to ask me to leave and someone would get ahold of me right away. after several hours of no contact I called her manager and he informed me he would fix all that was needed so I asked him if I could not take the car in that day but he said that he'd rather me wait until the next week to take the vehicle in, then he was quick to get off the phone. After those two conversations I began to feel uneasy about the entire thing so I took the car into another service manager at another car dealership. He informed me that it was clearly hail damage, he looked at my paperwork marked "new" and said "it's illegal to not disclose the hail damage if they're considering it a new vehicle." I went back to Lake Manawa Nissan Kia right away to just return the vehicle, at that point the GM, Jim, came into the room telling me 50% of his vehicles have hail damage and he can sell a car with hail damage on it and not tell buyer anything about it...he does it all the time. He kept interrupting me, he told me he would not be helping me at all and he continued to speak to me in a very defensive manner (yelling). I am currently seeking out my legal rights. I will never go to this company and I will be discouraging others from going here as well. More
I came in to look at cars and drove away in the perfect car for me. My dealer Mark was great, so accommodating and easy to work with. No high pressure sales and everyone was super friendly. Buying a car can be a frustrating experience for a woman, and I at no point felt condescended to or taken advantage of. I will buy from this dealer again and recommend it to friends and family. More
went to Lake Manawa Nissan with no intention to buy, just to test drive a few vehicles. I left at the end of the day with exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford! He was respectful and professional even after I drove a handful of vehicles and couldn't make up my mind. He was extremely personable and made my entire car buying experience very enjoyable. I never felt pressured or rushed, the customer service was excellent! I also dealt with the financing department who got me a better loan rate than I got through my bank…you can’t beat that! It’s been less than a week and I have already referred people to Lake Manawa Nissan! Overall it was a great experience. More
Great to work with and employee didn't waste out time. We were previous Altima owners and we knew exactly what we wanted and he delivered. This was the best overall experience that I had ever had. I used to work for a dealership and the salepeople were not half as curtious and the folks at Lake Manawa Nisses. I have previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership, so had the utmost confidence in returning to do business again. Clint did not let me down. My opinion of car salesmen sure got changed the day I stopped at Lake Maniwa Kia... Jim Werklund was my salesman, and after visiting with him a few minutes, I felt like I had known him forever..He was v stopped at Lake Maniwa Kia... Jim Werklund was my salesman, and after visiting with him a few minutes, I felt like I had known him forever..He was very personable, respectful, professional, most of all was his PATIENCE! He listened to my needs and concerns, and never once did I feel pressured by him.. Since this was first "NEW" car purchase I had alot of questions, and he was very good to go over all of them with me. He worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Jim has been excellent even after the sale, I had some add-ons and he made sure those were done to my satisfaction. Also, I had the misfortune of getting a door ding a few weeks ago, Jim found someone to take care of that for me(who did and excellent job).. So, I respect the fact that not only does he sell cars, but he genuinely cares about his customers after the sale...I truly believe him when he tells me if I have any questions he is only a phone call away... I would highly recommend Jim to my family & friends, so if you are in the market for a car go see him..I feel I not only got my new Sorento that day but also made a new friend!!! More
Our experience working with Doug, Jim and Chuck (the TJHS Boys) was increditably fun! Because of guys like Doug, Jim and Chuck who were very helpful, very loyal and honest with us, our experience of working with them turned out to benefit all when we bought our car from them. We left that day with a new car and a sense of new found friendship. We have been over several times to Council Bluffs and each time Jim, the bluetooth expert is always there willing to come out and help us, Doug our salesguy, with the perfect hair, we learned has moved on to bigger and better things over in the Used Car area and Chuck still keeps making things happen for people like us who feel very honored to say they love their new car because of guys like these that make the experience worth the money and time spent wheeling and dealing to get to that dollar number you want to drive away with knowing you got the best possible price. I would recommend Doug and Jim to anyone ever looking for that "new" or "used" car, they made our trip over to CB a true experience! More

Tony did his usual great job of managing and communicating information about the service work my car needed. He is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make the visits go smoothly and m communicating information about the service work my car needed. His coworker Don is also very friendly and helpful when I have worked with him and the two of them work together well to make sure customers are put first and that things are done in the most cost-effective way possible.
