Eide Ford... Bismark This was an online purchase. 5 stars to the sales and finance team. 3 stars to the delivery team. A little more challenging than an in person sale ( This was an online purchase. 5 stars to the sales and finance team. 3 stars to the delivery team. A little more challenging than an in person sale (for me at least)... however Fran in sales was awesome. She helped with my comfort level and got back to me again and again with efficiency and answers, pictures, videos and information. Very Knowledgeable and handled herself with friendly yet professional manner. She really went out of her way to get to know me and make sure the Escalade and I were a great match! Mike in finance was also a great asset, he answered all my question in a timely manner and knew his stuff!!!! I didn’t have to wait very long for anything, including my approval. I couldn’t stump him no matter what questions I asked! If I had anything to suggest for the future...since delivery was a little rough...have the driver plan a car wash before arrival and clean out his crumbs and trash, personal stuff...before delivery... Drivers seemed very frazzled and arrived with a fifthly bug and bird splattered covered vehicle. It was awkward for me to have to request a clean car twice. But I wanted to check for dings and damages and see my beautiful new purchase and remember the moment with a photo or two. I know it got trashed on the way over (3 hr trip)...so I understand but not impressed to see my new car covered in bugs and bird splatter... and one driver being rude to my coworker didn’t go over too well. However, I appreciate that the delivery was coordinated with my schedule and I only had to wait a few days! Love my new vehicle! Thank you to Fran and the entire team at Eide (in Bismark) would definitely work with them again. More

Lemon I purchased a vehicle from Eide over Christmas for my husband. Now, I must say that the sales side of this transaction was wonderful. Mike was great t I purchased a vehicle from Eide over Christmas for my husband. Now, I must say that the sales side of this transaction was wonderful. Mike was great to work with and he answered all of my questions. He insured me the vehicle went through a comprehensive mechanical review and that it was sound with a clean car fax. As this was a surprise for my husband, and it's a unicorn of a truck, everything was done via email and fed ex. I was never provided paperwork showing the mechanical review. Due to a shipping mishap, we flew out to get the vehicle and drove it back from North Dakota to Denver. When we got it back to Denver we immediately had to replace the starter and the radiator. Then the fuel injectors, the coils and then the entire engine. Now we are replacing fuel lines. The mechanics we went to said that it was obvious that this vehicle had major work and repairs done earlier by the sheared off bolts and crappy silicone job on/around the cams. They also stated that some, if not all, of these items should have been caught and that we should demand our money back. When we reached out to Eide they pretty much refused to talk to us. I've asked numerous times to see the mechanical inspection I was told was done with no return of phone call or email. I asked to speak with the GM and was also denied. The service manager didn't respond to our request and the service associate we did speak to couldn't tell us what inspection was done. Their customer service after the sale has been pretty much awful. We can't even get the xxxx thing registered because they sent incorrect paperwork twice. This vehicle has been in the shop longer than we've been able to drive it. This is frustrating to say the least! We are in over 15k at this point and that's not including the inconvenience or the rental car we have had to rent. I feel completely scammed by Eide and would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. More
