Came from Miami to North Dakota I live in Miami, FL and Jason was great in getting me the right deal for my F 250. The truck as just as just as clean as advertised. Staff was outstanding. Starting with the sales person Fran, she had complete knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and wound up buying. At the end of the test drive checking fluids noticed there was no oil on transmission dipstick. At the beginning when I was dealing with the salesman he informed me that they went through all the filters and fluid. They had either missed it or he lied. Same day a friend was trading in a vehicle they tried to knock 800$ off for a cracked windshield then they vehicle they purchased 40,000$+ had two chips and they didn’t offer to fix them. Also the pickup they bought have a built in DVD player and the lady said it worked and guess what it doesn’t... More

Overall Good Experience I contacted Fran a couple days before traveling to Bismarck to test drive a new F-150. She stayed in touch and had my top 2 vehicles ready to go when I contacted Fran a couple days before traveling to Bismarck to test drive a new F-150. She stayed in touch and had my top 2 vehicles ready to go when I arrived. She was well versed on the specs and features of both vehicles I was looking at, which made the discussions about which vehicle to choose much easier. There was no double checking brochures or anything like that, she simply knew what these different F-150’s had to offer. The detail team did a great job getting the vehicle ready for me after signing the papers.
