Love my Ford Escape!! We had dealt with Eide Ford last year when my daughter leased her Ford Focus. Dana Schmoker was her salesman at that time. He was very knowledgeable about the car and easy to work with. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. Best of all, he didn't pressure us in anyway! That is a big turn off for us. We had a price range in mind for her and he presented the facts and numbers and let us make our choice. So when it came time for me to get a new car, I knew I wanted to deal with Dana again. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, I knew that I wanted a SUV. I did look at several dealers to get an idea of what kinds of SUV's were out there. When I drove down some of the lots, the salesman come running after you. That's when I made up mind that I will get a Ford SUV and talk with Dana. Here again, we had a price in mind and Dana and Casey worked until everyone was happy!! They really went out of their way and went the extra mile for us. The first evening, we did the paperwork, and the next evening Dana went through all the features of the car to make sure we felt comfortable with driving/maintaining it I think we where there two hours that night, but he went through everything from top to bottom. I absolutely love my Ford Escape!! And I would go back to Eide Ford if and when we need anything else, just for the simple fact of the great customer service, friendly/respectful manners, and no pressuring. More

I drove over to Bill Barth Ford in Mandan, Greg dropped what he was doing at the time and wrote me an estimate in about ten minutes.
