Went for an oil change and diagnostic and it took 3 and a half hours. I had to go check back on progress and it seemed like they basically forgot what they were doing with my vehicle and it was extremely uno half hours. The last time I got a diagnostic they didn’t charge me anything but this time it was $175. I’d skip going to the dealer directly and go somewhere else for your oil change and diagnostic! More

Ben Riepl, our salesman, went above & beyond during our time purchasing our new vehicle.
