Working for a school district, one would think that the service team would be more forthcoming with info regarding our vehicles. INSTEAD, I am constantly having to follow up myself. Poor communication from them. They say that the warranty company would not pay. They had our vehicle for 3 months. They said that they couldn't get parts for our vehicle. Very wrong treatment. Not once did they call us. We left messages and never got a call back in 3 months. We had to physically go there and was spoke to rudely. I will never buy from this place again.
