Long wait time. Was told 3 days after buying vehicle that i would need to pay $5200 for a torque converter replacement. I was not happy with that and asked to spea Was told 3 days after buying vehicle that i would need to pay $5200 for a torque converter replacement. I was not happy with that and asked to speak to the service manager. They were able to get the dealer in Sherman that owned it before my purchase to cover the cost as well as gave me a loaner vehicle same model. The repair took more than two weeks. I can say it works great now and all is good! More

As I previously stated in another review, the service is excellent. My only complaint has to do with the type of chairs in the waiting area. I'm nearing age 80 with a bad knee and a not so forgiving back. excellent. My only complaint has to do with the type of chairs in the waiting area. I'm nearing age 80 with a bad knee and a not so forgiving back. After sitting in your choice of chairs for three hours, I stiffened up and had two days of hip pain. But that won't keep me from returning the next time I need service (although I am tempted to bring my own chair.) I particularly wish to commend Tim Burnett. He certainly takes good care of your customers. More
