Salesmen knowledgeable about the vehicles and models, no pressure, transparency, listens to customer. Friendly, no pressure from finance department when customer explained our need and use for our new car, expecting to drive with low miles, not requiring an extended warranty. I do expect that our car will be cleaned up, touched up to perfection as expected buying a new car and ready for pick up by Nov 2nd. Only thing we did not like is that our new cx-50 2024 had 800 miles supposedly driving from out of state on dealer exchange. Seems that vehicle with 800 miles would need to be sold as used.
