I just had my oil changed. It was a simple easy process. I'll definitely be back-- and not just because I bought the Lithia oil change package for life, lol! It was a simple easy process. I'll definitely be back-- and not just because I bought the Lithia oil change package for life, lol! More

I inquired about an vehicle and I had 2 sales people contact me I fairly quick manner. After establishing a semblance of communication with Asam he kept sending correspondence to me via email despite me contact me I fairly quick manner. After establishing a semblance of communication with Asam he kept sending correspondence to me via email despite me giving him my number to text or call to make talking quicker. The email was slow and tedious. I was buying the vehicle from 1200 miles away so I had many questions for him. I asked for a walk around video. After several day I finally get a video of the vehicle that looked like it was filmed on an IPhone 4. Luckily I had family that lives in the Tampa area and were able to look at the truck for me. After my family members recommendation I decided to buy the vehicle. All the paperwork needed to be done by (snail) mail. I don’t know why they couldn’t email me of fax the initial paperwork and then have me mail it back. In todays day and are there no reason this process should’ve been so slow. I had to contact them multiple time to find out if they even received the paperwork (and a very sizable check). At this point my sales and finance guy all but ghosted me. I never spoke to my sales person again after I had sent the paper work in. He even contacted me several times while waiting for me to send it back to make sure it was in the mail. Once it was in the mail he was impossible for me to get a hold of, despite the girl I spoke to when I called saying that he was at his desk and transferring me over to him. He never picked up the phone or returned my many voicemails I tried to contact the finance manager to ask questions about the paperwork. He never answered the phone or returned a voicemail. After knowing that my paperwork and check had reached them it took them nearly 5 days to confirm that it was ready to go (oh and it had been for days). Being out of state I had to arrange shipping. I had the shipping company on hold because I hadn’t heard from the dealership about the processing of the paperwork and the vehicle. I received the vehicle a week after they shipping company picked it up. The dealership said that they were handling the Title and registration for New York. When I received the vehicle I realized there wasn’t one piece of paper work with the vehicle. After two days I finally get someone who had answers for me. He said that the paperwork was getting mailed separately from the vehicle. Seeing as the vehicle took a week to get to me the paperwork should have we’ll been at my house. The guy Jesus Diez) I spoke to comes to realize that the finance manager handling my sale was no longer with the company (I don’t know if he was fired or quit) and never sent out the paperwork. Jesus promptly had the paperwork sent to me. Meanwhile my new vehicle ad been sitting in my garage undrivable because they didn’t send me a temporary plate while I was waiting for the registration that they never filed. So I had to go to the local DMV myself to register my vehicle and pay out of pocket to get it registered, because they sent a check for too much money that the DMV couldn’t it. They had double charged me for the Taxes on the vehicle and thanks to Jesus he was able to get me reimbursed for the extra titling taxes that they had charged. Jesus was a godsend when he got assigned to handling my account. I think if it wasn’t for him I’d still be trying to get things ironed out, and it’s been nearly two months since I received the truck. I’m glad I could finally put this sale behind me. I hope they handle local customers better then this. If it wasn’t for Jesus Diaz the dealership b would have gotten 1 ⭐️ From me. More
