This is the worst place to buy a car. We had to wait 8 hrs to have somebody taking care of us, besides my son being there physically! I would not recommend this place for anything. It was Friday and they hrs to have somebody taking care of us, besides my son being there physically! I would not recommend this place for anything. It was Friday and they didn't get the work done, even buying a quite expensive car, till the following Monday! Since my son drove specifically to Tampa to get that specific car, he had to stay in a hotel 3 days more and we lost hundreds of dollars because of that! The first financial worker had to get called several times and he answered, oh sorry, had to take care of another client!!! The whole experience was a total nightmare and I would give 0 stars if possible. There is as well already a problem on the engine. The car was over 60K!! More

Honestly if I could give it no stars I would but I had to so one star. I had the worst experience I have ever had buying a car or trying to buy a car last week at other Ford on Florida avenue in Tampa. When so one star. When I finally decided what I really wanted the guy that came out it was almost closing time and he was rude he was trying to rush me he was throwing out numbers that didn't even add up not even a little bit they subtracting adding multiplying I tried it every which way none of them added up to what he was saying and I was insulted by the amount they wanted to give me for my car. On top of all of that I felt like I was being talked down to and that I was being stereotyped like I couldn't afford enough and so he wasn't going to get a big enough commission off of me. So I honestly have never given a negative review like this before but that's how I felt so I would probably go to any other place literally any other place but here. More
