I then checked the website for the Financial Managers. There she was Caroline Guest. After speaking with her, she was just what I expected clear and concise with sincerity. My second call was to Jason. By the end of that call I had a tentative trade-in amount for my car and was moving forward with the new SUV. Jason said he would glad to have John Weicherding work with us. By the end of day two we had agreed on a new vehicle, trade-in amount, day to solidify the deal and was emailing documents back and forth. We never stepped one foot in the dealership. John drove our new car to a restaurant off the the Sarasota Interstate we signed the contracts enjoyed a nice lunch and drove home with our new 2020 Ford Edge Titanium. When you do your homework, deal with people with integrity it makes for a stressless process. We couldn’t have been more pleased and moreso impressed with Jason’s, Johns and Caroline’s true to word integrity and professionalism. This man called me after a survey mad because I told the TRUTH of what happened on the survey. He claims I was supposed to lie and say the issue was resolved because he threw some money on it. Then he turns around and say you wasnt entited to anything but initially said that Ford made mistakes and didnt give me the discount that I was supposed to get starting with the dealer which is 899 should have only been 75. Either way he called to let me know he is angry that I am extorting him for money, which is not at all true because I have not asked him for a dime and I have not called them at all and they keep calling ME to get me to change the survey. And the survey lady asked what was I expecting I told her what I was expecting and she told him and now he is calling me asking me why am I asking for more money. I did not ask for anything. I was asked what was the amount that I feel I was supposed to get. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT ELDER. GO TO ANOTHER FORD. More
