Skip this dealer! I scheduled a "VIP" appointment to view an F150. When I arrived, no one could find the truck. After 45 minutes, still no idea where the F150 was! The dealer didn't care that I had an appointment and never tried to make things right. Obviously, customers are NOT important at Elder Ford. I ended up buying an F150 at another dealer. More

Negative Experience Purchasing a Car Attempted to purchase a used car from this dealer. We negotiated back and forth a bit and came up a bit apart. I eventually agreed to come up to their price after thinking about it for a day. I asked to be able to take the car for a independent inspection before purchase, along with agreeing to their price. I was then told, "Sorry, that price was our offer yesterday, we cant do that anymore we're 1K higher, but if you come in we can work something out" Dont waste your time dealing with the folks on their used car side. Its not worth the effort, cars are priced above market, and then they play games with your trade in, trying to make you feel you are getting a deal. More

We totally trust Elder Ford & Wayne. He is the best. Elder Ford took my car and it’s problems knowing another shop didn’t repair it correctly. They took the time to find out what the other shop didn’t care to do. Which isn’t always easy after a wreck, especially after another shop had my car for over a month and still not right. I took my car to Elder and they saw & repaired the huge gap between my hood and fender and they knew right off they needed to replace the strut and the control arm, which I was told the other shop did but didn’t. My car looks so much better and drives better. Wayne is amazing and is very patient (I ask a lot of questions) and professional. The guys in the shop did a great job. I will never go anywhere else. poor customer service and only interested in the commission. don't even deserve to have one star! This is one of the worst dealerships i have ever bought a car from! I have recently bought my son a Shelby truck don't even deserve to have one star! This is one of the worst dealerships i have ever bought a car from! I have recently bought my son a Shelby truck from here and he has had nothing but issues with it from day one. The body work is falling apart, the service department is totally unprofessional, they never get back to you, they overcharge and can't be bothered to get back to you. They never have any positive way forward and offer no assistance at all! The sales team are rude and unprofessional. My son had his truck back in for service this week and the rude SOB on the sales team said to him "Daddy buying you a new truck then". How very dare they! we could have taken our business to another dealership and we will never shop from this establishment again! do not buy from this dealership, they are rude and have no aftercare service. they are only interested in the commission they get from your purchase on the day you buy your car, they dont deserve it. There are so many other dealerships in the area, give them your business! Message to the owner: you are ONLY as good as the people you have working for you. The people you have working on your sales floor are unprofessional and rude. They do not deserve to work for you and they are letting your business down. I have complained but you have not got back to me once. My sons car looks awful and cost $114,000! i have given you the opportunity to make the situation better so my next stop is to visit a lawyer in the Tampa area and see what i can do legally to make you responsible for the truck you sold me.
