I was misled and overcharged I went in to purchase a car I saw online. It was advertised at a little over $15,000 which I considered a fair price. When I got to the dealership I I went in to purchase a car I saw online. It was advertised at a little over $15,000 which I considered a fair price. When I got to the dealership I was told about the $2600 “reconditioning fee”. In addition to the dealer fee. I repeatedly said I wanted to have my mechanic check the car out before buying and was told by a guy who pretended to be the sales manager that if I bought the car and brought it back he was going to buy it. Subsequently I told the finance manger I was taking the car to my mechanic and was told he would preauthorize my credit card for my deposit but not run it until I return. After having the car checked out I realized there was no way they spent $2600 reconditioning it. It has a motor mount issue, missing gas cap, trim on dash peeling off and engine hesitates. I called and said I want to return the car (the next day), was then told they won’t take it back even if it’s 5 minutes after you drive off. I was treated rudely and they threatened to tow the car to my house if I left overnight so I could drive my existing car home . I’m not sure how far I will pursue this legally but I will never buy anything from them again and will urge everyone I encounter not to trust anything they tell you. More

We went in with a very specific budget. Needless to say they definitely accomodated us. Trey even found a better rate to make the deal that much better, which allowed for extra warranty and GAP. Still pretty darn close to the budget we wanted. I would absolutely recommend Elder Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Will definitely come here for my next purchase. Would like to add that several managers came up to us though out our time there just to thank us for our business! More

Not replacing my airbag in a timely manner. I was in the Friday before Thanksgiving to have my 2010 Fusion evaluated for the air bag recall.
