Great service I had a very positive service appointment with Mike on Saturday. Mike answered all questions and promptly called when our vehicle was serviced. The warrenty is expensive especially being that it is required on all vehicles HOWEVER as long as it covers everything it says it does the first time you use it on a major engine component it will pay for itself. Truck had to be sent back to do correctly The detail job was substandard and had to go back to be done correctly. Came out with water spots still on truck after detail. This detail was a continuation of the substandard experiences we have had over the last several months. It has been so bad that Jim Tackett had to get involved. Out of line door required 2 tries to get it right. Refund of coverage that was cancelled within 24 hours took 2 months. Information mailed to wrong address after clearly giving them P O Box information and having dealership assuring us that mail would go to the PO Box and not the physical address. Car operating manual took easly 2 months to get because it was not with car when purchased and then mailed to the wrong address. We had go to the DMV to get Vehicle registration because registration for transfered tag was mailed to the wrong address.This does not include the problem I have had getting a price after talking directly with Roger about the details of paint my 1995 F150 from the body shop that was said to be the finest body shop on the plant per Mike. I dont know how I could possible recommend this dealership to anyone even after purhasing 3 new vehicles in the last 2.5 years. The shining star of our dealings with Elder Ford has been Kitt our salesman. He has gone above and beyond for us and l feel bad that I can not recommend anyone to him because of what happens after it leave his hands. I find it hard to believe that this many problems happened to us without this being a systemic issue having dealt with so many facets or your dealership. I only return to your dealership for my Auto Body service because it it not as available elsewhere as it was presented to us when purchasing my truck. Sincerely, Thomas and DeLora Jackson More
