Not very happy, very disappointed I’m a little disappointed. My rep (Johanna trespalacios) always is able to find my ford account number in order for me to pay with it, however, Mike t I’m a little disappointed. My rep (Johanna trespalacios) always is able to find my ford account number in order for me to pay with it, however, Mike told me he was unable to get the account number n I had to use another form of payment, which I did. The result was loosing points (the bill was $327.11) n the ability to pay with no interest. I needed to be out by 8:30 n I did More
